Home Group Information

Being a Home Group member of Miracles Within Women’s Group means considering the group your home base. This means accepting responsibilities to support the group, such as: attending A.A. meetings of Miracles Within; greeting newcomers and being available to answer questions ("reach out the hand of AA"); and doing service work, which includes chairing meetings, leading discussions, making coffee, setting up chairs, participating in the readings, and engaging in other activities important for sustaining the group. Also, a key responsibility for a Home Group member is participating in group conscience meetings. This does not exclude non-Home Group members from attending meetings, doing service work, or casting a vote in group conscience meetings. ALL women members of A.A. are welcome. Those who wish to designate Miracles Within Women’s Group as their Home Group will show that on their Profile and the Contact List. It should be noted that any A.A. member can have their name placed on the Contact List by signing up for this site. They do not have to be a Home Group member.
